Poor quality items and shocking fees for returning
I have purchased a couple of items from Moon Magic and will never use them again. The quality of the items are poor and the items look better in the photos. A pair of earrings snapped after one use. A ring I have received looks tacky and is poor quality. I have processed a return to have £47.00 in fees deducted / not refunded. This is outrageous, they are a multimillion company.
