Bad service
My case number 154096484501005. This recent purchasing experience got me wonder what happen to their service quality. Bought something on 18 Oct, items not picking up by lazada courier on 23 Oct. Which is the last date of delivery. Contacted live agent Goz, Selin and Yun on 3 different occasion on 23 and 24 Oct, all promise follow up and nothing happen. Worst the last one ask me do i still want the order. Guess they want me to cancel and case close. Is it so hard to get your courier that you would prefer me to cancel the order? This is the first time i encountered this with lazada. So disappointing. No progress whatsoever, no updating..
