I have tried several times to communicate with Brinks representative Paul Hernandez to solve my issues with his company. Mr. Hernandez gave me a direct number with no reasonable feed back from him.
This company need a lot of improvement when they take advantage of the elderly. They send representatives in the community telling lies. One reprentative came in Lamerit Park area stating Brinks bought out ADT security. I realized two years later that was untrue when I contacted ADT. I immediately stopped automated withdrawal from my account. I contacted Brinks several times and explained the untrue statement by their representative Ms. Johnson. I was told that I had a five year contract with Skyline. I informed several representatives from Skyline that Ms. Johnson never mention a five year contract to me and I didn't give any verbal agreement for anyone to sign my name or initial. I did not get a copy of Brinks/Skyline contract until I requested a copy on 4/24/25. When I contacted Brinks again informing a representative that the information on there contract was never explained to me. I informed the representative since their representative did not explained any of the information on the contract and I have payed them two and half years of payments. Ms. Johnson their representative told lies and did not explained truthfully. She told advanced of a senior citizen. My contract#1484299
