Ordered some filaments from the Creality store, took a few days to be delivered (not a problem), but when the package came the bag was ripped in spots, one of the boxes was cut into (filament was fine) and it smelled like it had been sitting in a cigarette smoke filled room for a month, I had to take the packaging outside right away, the smell was horrible! The product itself was fine and a good price, but now I see why they want to charge you an insurance for shipping if the product is damaged.
