No issues with shipping or with the product
I see a lot of negative comments about shipping and delivery. That was not my experience. The order process was easy, I was regularly updated on the delivery status, and my parcel arrived in about a week. It's probably been one of the better companies I ordered from. When I received my laser engraver everything looked great. Setup was easy and because it's a popular printer, finding helpful information online was simple. It worked so well that I bought a few accessories a few weeks later.
