Traveluro Sucks
I booked a hotel through Traveluro back in August and paid the full amount upfront on their website. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I had to pay again because the hotel had only received the booking, not the payment. Hotel management confirmed no payment had been attached to my reservation. I immediately tried reaching out to Traveluro , but I’ve had no success getting a response. Despite multiple attempts, they have not addressed the issue or issued a refund. This has left me paying twice for the same hotel stay with no resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking through Traveluro.
