SCAM - do not buy anything from this company. The item received is not what I ordered. If I want to return, I have to pay the return postage and they say a discount was applied to the order so I don’t get a full refund. Very poor customer service service.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The jacket I received looks nothing like the description or photos. The material feels cheap, the fit is totally off, and the colour isn’t even close to what was advertised. It genuinely feels like a completely different product. To make matters worse, I’ve contacted customer service five times trying to get this resolved, and I haven’t received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment. For a company to ignore customers after sending the wrong item is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress — I cannot recommend this product or this seller at all. DO NOT USE - SCAM
