I was very much looking forward to a nice relaxing week at the beach. The day before our departure I fell, broke my left arm, tore the meniscus in my right knee, and cut my face, leaving me totally immobilized. There was no choice but to cancel the trip. The family was disappointed, but then I remembered all had been paid in advance. Thankfully, I had purchased trip insurance from Red Sky. They guided me through the on-line claim process.
