Travelled for the first time on IndigoAir from KUL-MAA-DEL-DED and DED-DEL and all my flights were on time as well excellent customer service experience since the beginning till the end! online booking was good as well my queries via twitter as also answered in timely manner by the team! I worked for international airlines as cabin crew, ground staff as well now as an airline representative and had lots of expectations and would like to wish Indigo Air all the very best for their terrific customer service! 🙏 crew were well trained and very hardworking. Only cons were the online meals that I booked as it was pre-made and tasted like puffed rice instead of veg briyani. May be Indigo Air could cater freshly made meals as online meals are paid for so would not go to waste. My humble suggestion as we have precooked meals for the airlines I used to work for and all we crew need yo do was to transfer those meals from pouches onto oven proof container and heat them up as per requirements and would have hot meals in minutes.
