I received my bag on my birthday, the quality was amazing, the packaging, the extra care- everything was worth the price but this is not why I’m writing this review. I was in the US when I ordered and asked the team to expedite my order. I had to leave the US soon. Not only their team remained in touch with me, but they also shipped my order to my next destination country, and they also refunded all the US taxes. I was so impressed because honestly if they had not refunded those US taxes I would not have even noticed. But this practice from a customer service representative speaks highly about the work ethics of the whole company. It is not just about the bad but it is about the whole experience, dedication, love and professionalism with which they dealt with me. They made sure the bag reach me at my home country, without any hassle. They have got a permanent client in me.
