Delayed Package Processing Causing Extra Fees
Three of my packages were delivered, but Reship has not processed them on time. Their website says processing takes 24–48 hours, but now they are saying USPS packages can take 1–2 weeks after delivery. I was planning to combine my packages into one shipment, but the delay is causing extra storage fees. They charge $1 per day after 30 days, and I've already been charged $10. Since I now have to wait another 1–2 weeks, I'll likely end up paying around $20 in extra fees because they didn't process my packages within their stated timeframe.
