Called to see if cruise I wanted had any cancelations or openings for a balcony. It did not but I was put on a wait list in case. Received a call back next day with an opening but already had made other plans. Emailed my representative back and asked about another date that was sold out of balcony rooms. He called me with an opening the next day and we booked it. EXCELLENT SERVICE
