Runaround, Nonsense
They're giving me the runaround behind a simple email issue. Over 12 hours, have spoken to 3 different people over the same things. I am having to repeat the same issue and they are not following up properly. I don't know how else to explain it to them, I've broken it down to the fullest extent possible. This review highlights my experience so far, and am willing to adjust it if the experience improves.
