I’m giving 5 rating as customer support is great but machine is still not ready for paratha and pizza base software option. Roti quality is not that great as human made roti but it’s somehow manageable! Machine still has software glitch which company needs to fix it. I never got even one time that all roties cooked properly without any issues, either it’s half cooked or not cooked at the corners or dough stuck on the bottom bar where it pushed the dough for cooking. Machine is not worth of what company is charging $1700-$1800.
