No returns allowed, expensive, questionable quality, baby uninterested
Every kit they send is not worth the price, even with the "discount." My baby showed very little interest in each crate that arrived every couple of months, even as they got older. Some of the toys are ridiculous and make me really wonder why I'm paying for it. Perhaps their kits for older kids are better, but for babies, I have been finding each crate to be very disappointing. Their return policy is also nonexistent and crap. You cannot return a crate even if it is unopened, even if you want credit for a future crate. I will not be renewing after my 6 month subscription and will plan on exploring Lovevery instead. I did however give one extra star because at least you are able to reach a live customer representative via phone or chat. *Edit: Kiwico reached out, but I already spoke with a customer representative who told me I could get a refund if I cancelled my last crate. I actually want the 14 month crate so this offer is useless to me.
