Alibaba dispute not customer friendly
Made a purchase of a 12.3in android radio from Shenzhen Jeta Industrial Co., Limited on ALIBABA Order #308986526501020422, this radio was supposed to fit in a Toyota Corolla cross hybrid and work without any modifications, when the radio came there were no fitting instructions and it couldnt be fitted, i contacted the seller's rep Yang Yang who created a whatsapp group chat for an engineer to assist me, after a long back and forth it with the engineer asking me to use 3m tape and screws to fit the radio it was agreed that the radio wasnt going to fit as described so i should apply for a return and complete refund, i told this to the seller and she told me that they had approved a refund and return, i asked her for the return label information that i could return the radio, she never sent it, the engineer contacted me on whatsapp and gave me some shady instructions to return the radio, alibaba always tells you to conduct business in their chat, i never received proper instructions from the seller, i raised the issue to dispute on alibaba submitted my evidence, later alibaba dispute informs me that the case does not qualify for a refund and that i should get $0.00. after the seller agreed to refund me because they agreed that the radio couldnt fit as described.
