If shipping goes wrong - extra cost
The items I bought was fine, but I bought them through AliExpress, and it became a more expensive and very time consuming affair; SmallRig failed to include a VOEC code in the shipping, resulting in extra tax and toll. SmallRig promised that this would be covered for by the AliExpress system, but this failed. It was a very frustrating process to try to get the refund as promised, and in the end they only gave partly refund after a lot of hassle. Will never buy again, and want to warn others; If you are unlucky and the shipment goes wrong, be prepared to pay extra - and that promises from SmallRig and AliExpress are not kept.
