Cannot Cancel, Keep Charging Me and Have For 7 Months — For An Account I Can’t Legally Use
Still trying to charge my card, despite the fact I was warned my account could not be made legitimate until proper USPS paperwork is submitted. I keep trying to cancel my plan yet iPostal1 keeps trying to charge my card for a virtual address I can’t use and have been paying for. I thought they would just stop charging me on their own, but they apparently still want money for something I can’t use. They’ve charged me for 7 months. I honestly deserve to get most of that money back and most of all, cancel my dang account already please! I’m going through hospitalizations and multiple surgeries and don’t have the drive or energy to complete all these processes you require. Thank you for your consideration.
