Helpful support, but shipping issues continue
Since the start, we've had huge problems with the shipping costs being 20–30% higher than the calculations we received before shipping the bulk to them. We even sent our products to them to get accurate dimensions and shipping costs. This has definitely ruined all of our calculations on selling price, margins, etc. I believe they are doing as well as they can, and the customer support is easy to get in touch with and to schedule meetings with your sales representative. Unfortunately, since we started working with them, nothing has gone well. I really hope things will start working better soon. UPDATE: After a few weeks we managed to solve the packaging issue and get the shipping cost down. As of right now it is working better.
