Customer support not responsive
Customer support not responsive. When i started the cancellation and refund process, they stopped their communication. I ordered product and cancelled same day. Lots of complaints about customer support and product functionality and quality issues. Dont trust Rotimatic. feels like scam Edit: After reply from company to this review, i did what was asked. 1 week after contact, refund processed. Kind suggestion - please make process transparent and improve customer support
