I was expecting the piece with rollers… it has now been 6 days and I have not heard from Jennibag and I am leaving for my trip. I am now asking for a return label for this Jennibag with no wheels.
I was expecting the piece with rollers to be included. I’m am also 70 years old and carrying that bag for such distances in international airports (which are where I’ll be traveling) extremely difficult. I don’t think I can do it. I would like to know why it didn't come with the rollers as this is what I believed I was purchasing. Thank you
