My package was originally miss placed in the delivery process (no fault of the seller) and the seller was helpful and kind to help me figure out what happened to my package. Once it was determined my package couldn't be recovered the seller immediately went into action and got the product I ordered in transit to me again. As a customer I appreciated their willingness to work with me and replace my package.
