Beware Poor Quality but exceptional Customer Service ..
Exceptional Customer Service.... Quality, not so much !! I ordered from Wherelight for the first time a few months back. My glasses broke within a few weeks. I was very disappointed. I got a hold of Customer Service and Phyllis was exceptional. They replaced my glasses for no charge. A few more months have passed and these new frames are bubbling and peeling!!!! What have i done to deserve this ?? I have never had this kind of problem with any other glasses i have purchased elsewhere. These frames are also very flimsy and arms will not tighten when i use one of those tiny screwdrivers. UPDATE. Wherelight is replacing my glasses at no cost to me. They absolutely do stand behind their product. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!!! Outstanding!!
