I insured the ring i bought from jeulia with seel. Id number is 2026080732200023293447752. Now i want to return and seel cannot find my order number on their system? Have i been scammed?

Won't be buying again
The quality of hair is nice, but the 180 density quantity is too small for the price it is sold. The closure also does not lap on the skin, it keeps turning up. GT100802 that's my order number

Honestly. The first wig i bought from them was perfect, which is why i ordered again. It's a silky straight wig and it looks very beautiful. UPDATE...The 2nd one is absolute thrash, I regret buying again. The tips are too thin, unlike the first one...don't buy more than once from one vendor
