I placed an order with TendaGlasses (Order #TD20250830A842) and it has never been delivered. After contacting their support multiple times, I kept receiving the same response that my “address could not be found.” This is unacceptable because Amazon, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, and USPS all deliver to my house without any issues. To make matters worse, TendaGlasses does not provide a customer support phone number, so you are forced to rely only on their website form/email, which leads nowhere. No real resolution has been provided — no delivery, no refund, just excuses. This has been a very frustrating experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
