Fantastic Company
What an amazing company! I previously bought a phone case from them for my S25 Ultra that sadly got damaged. I reached out to PITAKA and found out that I also sat outside my warranty threshold. However, as a goodwill gesture, they still sent me out a replacement case for my phone. For that I am very grateful and absolutely recommend this company and their cases to anyone looking. The product is fantastic, sleek and beautiful. The customer service I received during my interactions with PITAKA was nothing short of fantastic and was a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much for looking after me PITAKA. 😊
