Moogold is a scam company. I placed an order on September 2nd, and they put it on hold for identity verification. I sent the required documents as per their instructions, but they haven’t done anything. Unfortunately, I canceled the order. The company’s game has begun. They told me that the refund would come after 14 days. I waited for the refund, but on September 26th, I contacted them again. They asked me to send them the bank statement to prove that I hadn’t received the refund. What’s the point of contacting them if the refund is coming?
