Unfortunate issues.
Unfortunately, although two of the items arrived with no issue (my 3d printer and the resin) i have still not received the heater which means I cannot use the printer at the minute. I understand that this isn't the fault of Elegoo, however, the reason for the low review is that I paid for the Seel worry free delivery (at a cost of £6) only to find that when I have an issue, this doesn't cover the full delivery and only covers the resin. I feel this was extremely misleading, and as well as the fact that it covered a £30 bottle of resin, and not the £400 printer, or £60 heater to be outrageous. I paid 20% of the value of the resin for "worry free" delivery and have potentially lost something of considerably more value. I have now contacted the delivery company to try and resolve, but could not see an option to get in touch with Elegoo themselves.
