I suspect I purchased Moose (mini goldendoodle) from Amish family in Indiana. As soon as he arrived at my house he had kennel cough and parasites. And now, Moose is fearful of everything and everyone but Me. He does not fetch as the breeder claimed to be. He is scared of balls, does not play much. He hides a lot and he is very much anti-social. Moose just started Puppy school because of it. Trainer said its going to take bit of time for Moose to get out of his fearness. I wasnt planning on spending more $$$ but I have to only because I want Moose to be a happy dog. I can think of 2 things. Either the mom or dad dog has anxiety genetics which can inherit the genes or Moose spent a lot of time in the cage at the breeder. I saw a video of Moose and saw the Amish people in it. Many Amish do sell dogs strictly for $$$ not passion. I truly think Puppyspot need to dig in deeper to make sure the breeder facility is clean, safe and not caged. Also, check on mom and dad dog. Lori
