This was my first time using luggage free. Just before we left for our trip, I asked my sister how I was supposed to attach all the documents to my suitcase. She asked if I hadn’t received a welcome packet. I had to call twice to get one. The first person told me that I should go to the UPS store and get a label from them. The second person overnighted the packet to me. After that, everything was great—very easy to do, and I received my suitcase in a timely fashion.
