Customer service needs to improve!
I ordered from Lacemade (order #139480, September 30th, 2025) and received an email saying my address “cannot be reached” and asking me to provide a new one. Since the message wasn’t sound clear to me I replied and asked them to clarify whether they are able to ship to Canada or not. Since then, I have followed up several times but received no response. This is very frustrating because the dress I ordered is for a wedding next month, and I paid over $300. I love Lacemade and have always wanted to support this company. I’ve purchased from Lacemade before without any issues. However, the lack of communication and unprompted customer service make this situation even more disappointing. If shipping to Canada is not possible, they should state it clearly in the first place and process refunds promptly. I really hope they improve communication for international customers.
