refund for my grocery
bought some grocery a few days ago. 1) grocery was delivered to the wrong address. thats okay, stuff happens, sure i got refunded on the same day 2) two days later, i got charged by foodpanda again, and asked the customer service. they said its not recorded in the system. i hit up the bank, they said that its not fraud, and its a genuine transaction which is related to the grocery i bought but never received. hit up foodpanda again, and its like we're speaking in two different languages. yes i did get refunded, but i got charged again, why is that? if its genuine, why is it not in the system. it obviously wasnt fraud, it was related to the cancelled order. i need to go to the police now? for 44 ringgit? cos thats what they said. i give up. never using this again.
