I just received the bag but Delsey customer service is terrible
I just received the bag I ordered and it looks fine even though I have not used it yet. However, my experi3nce with customer service is terrible. Clearly, Delsey does not want any repeat customers. They offered a 10% discount that was only valid for 48 hours after I made the purchase and I did not even receive or see the email until the 48 hours were up. How ridiculous is that. And when I sent a note complaining about this to customer service, I received nothing in return -not even an acknowledgement.
