I placed an order online with a £100 gift voucher 2 weeks ago..the order didnt go through but charged my gift card..i have called them several times just for them To tell me that its goun to be escalated.. all im saying thank god in previlidged,but if this was an elderly on their last £100 theyd be dead waiting without groceries or money to buy food.
