Ordering was easy. I initially called customer service to inquire if the lid and spatula were, or were not, included with the purchase. After 3 attempts I only heard a customer service reps' voice for a second before being forwarded to a survey. I get the add-on concept and I purchased a few things. Although your company being disingenuous didn't deter me even after wasting time and money on long distance calls, the add-ons availability should have been covered on your website.
