Commission fraud
When transferring BTC to another wallet, they displayed the transfer without a fee, but after it was done, they charged more than $100, which is more than 10% of the amount and 30 times more than Binance would charge for a similar transaction on the same blockchain. A tech support employee repeats the same template phrases like a robot, and completely ignores my arguments and screenshots. The exchange is an absolute Scam and fraudulent. After this case I transferred all balances in all currencies to USDT and withdrew, completely zeroed out my account before they stole anything again.
