Cracked Suitcase Replacement
I bought the DELSEY PARIS Air Armour Hardside Spinner Pine in three sizes. I love that they are light weight, maneuverable, and are in a beautiful color. Sadly, the 24" shell cracked. I contacted Delsey customer service. They replied the next day and replaced it 4 days later. Wow! I was impressed with their responsiveness. I greatly appreciated receiving the replacement.
