HORRIBLE - Customer service in non existent
Customer service in non existent Purchased mine and within a week started to give problems contacted Amazon and they said to also contact supplier. Once with supplier the responses came through fast and then SILENCE now when responding to the thread again asking for feedback I get a note saying ticket is closed because I haven’t responded WHICH I HAVE multiple times. I have even responded onto that mail too saying my responses are there - keep in mind I was smart to keep this one one email thread!!! So here I am sitting with a dud
