Scam!! DO NOT BUY from them
Bought 2 tickets for Katseye in London for show tmro and was contacted TODAY and told that tickets no longer available. I have flown from Dublin with my 12 year old daughter and checked during the week and was told they were being processed. Offered floor tickets which I obviously cannot use and which are substantially lower in value (even with a measly discount thrown in). I have been on whats app all day trying to get answers, was ignored for FOUR hours. Am in hotel with sobbing daughter and no support from gigsberg! Absolute scam artists as site says comparable tickets must be offered. Not good enough when they charged also 50% of EACH ticket fee as a service cost!!!!
