The cardboard reels are the only issue
The cardboard reels are the only issue. When last ones had some damage from shipping so the have a hard time with the auto feeder. Have had the use the external feeder. - EDIT: I was given a small credit to use on a large purchase. I guess to make up for the damaged reel. I still think the cardboard reels are junk and have printed an ABS reel that threads over the cardboard to solve the issue. Really wish they would just go to reusable reels/refills similar to Bambu filament.
