Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I booked online through Traveluro for a stay at a hotel in Ontario. My card was charged the full amount. 3 weeks later upon checkout I was charged in full by the hotel - stating they had received the booking but no payment from Traveluro. I have contacted them and was assured I would get a refund. It has been 2 weeks with no refund and no returned communication. I ended up disputing the original charge through my credit card company and reporting the incident to police.
