Hello, I've had my debit card breached several times, once on September 5 for $44.78. I tried to get refunded, neither you or Walmart helped me get my refund back. Since then, I've been breached many more times. Since I froze my account and have "0" balance, the hackers were turned away. I would like to terminate doing business with you, so can you please close out my account. I've instructed SS to use my original direct deposit information to avoid going through the hassle of paying for the previlege of transferring my own funds to my original account. Thank you for letting me fall on my face when I asked you for my refund. I also spoke to an associate about this and am still waiting for the phone call she said I'd get from Charlie. Please let me know if my account has been closed ASAP. I'd like a refund, but I guess I'd be more likely to be struck by lightning waiting for that to happen. I'm asking all my friends, family, etc. to avoid Charlie as I see it as a scam to rip people off on one side, and not be responsible for money lost to hackers.
