Criminal enterprise
This company took my money through Kickstarter, made me wait more than a year, and then simply refused to send the watch they still owe me. They have the order in their records, they have my proof, and instead of resolving it, they blocked my email and denied the problem. That is outrageous, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, this company has zero integrity and treats customers with blatant disregard. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them. It’s order FL77768

I’m still being ignored since mid…
UPDATE 1/8/26 : this company is lying to my face. I’ve sent over 50 emails including 3 today. Check your spam filters!! I’ve sent everything. How hard is it to not steal from customers as a Business. This is despicable. I’ve sent you the communications from 2020 kickstarter campaign. You are still trying to rob me and come on trust pilot to pretend like you are responsive. You have ignored my emails since November 26. Cut the lies, I just sent another email right after this updated review so I know you are getting them.
I’m still being ignored since mid November , I’ve sent all info asked for including old messages. It’s incredible that a company puts a customer through this torture. The only responses I get are on trustpilot, they are lying in these comments to my posts. I have remained respectful in my first 75 emails, but were in the hundreds now in just trying to get a watch I paid for. This is unbelievable FRAUD being committed by this company. It’s really disgusting to see a company operate this way. Companies who steal from customers all end up failing, and that will certainly be the end game for Filippo Loretti, a company pretending to be Italian. It’s all a big joke.
