Return policy is trust worthy
Received the emc shorts a bit late but it arrived. The only thing is the shorts has lob sided strength. I’m guessing it maybe from the fold during packaging? Not sure but customer service offered me a discount to receive another pants. Unfortunately, already lost some of my trust, and I don’t feel like dealing with lots of return or exchanges after so I opt to receive a full refund which they did eventually after a couple of tries of asking if I want to keep the pan with certain discounts did offer a full refund so I am happy about that
