What is wrong with this company? Servers keeping having issues. Our emails are disrupted again and again. No compensation for the down time and expects us to keep supporting them. Going to look for a new provider after this. Whoever considering them to host better think twice.
Why is your email hosting keep having issue? We have been facing issues almost every quaterly or more. This is really unacceptable especially when businesses cannot afford downtime. This is the last straw and we will look to migrate to other more reliable service.
Has been hosting our company's email with them for many years. It seems like they are getting very complacent. Woke up today and our emails are gone. Chat with them using chatbox. After some checks, they said there is a migration exercise going on. 1) Why are there no prior notice to end users? 2) Migration done during day time? 3) No Alternative server to ensure the emails are not being disrupted? We hope they can look into this very seriously. This is a very unprofessional act.

Some are even OTPs which we need for our operation. We have also numerous sending out issue. The server could not connect and we need to send a few times for it to work.
