I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star! I don’t know how they keep trading. I sent for a personalised memorial plaque. It took way longer than the 12 days I was told it would take. When it came, the photo and words were printed on the wrong side of the heart, ( Matt side, not the gloss). The photo wasn’t lined up properly in the inset. They stopped replying to me!!
