Honestly I don’t understand how there are so many bad reviews about them not responding etc. I was inquiring about my dress because it was one day late and absolutely needed to know if it was going to be here on time because I had a wedding to go to in two days. Their response was quick, stating that it had been delivered that morning. And sure enough it was on my porch. The quality of the dress that I had bought was honestly so much better than I expected it fit like a glove and I got so many compliments on it. The only thing is if you are ordering from them for an event or something then make sure to order earlier than you normally would’ve even with expedited shipping. Their warehouse is in china. Expect it to take time to get to you.
