Items not delivered- a bundle of 3
I need to give a zero star cos this company is not worth a single dime. I got a bundle of 3 items from this company and they claimed to deliver via fedex. Unfortunately on the same day they claimed delivery, nothing was delivered as I was home all day. They requested I raise a case with the fedex people which I did and also provided the case number to QVR only for me to be told that it was my fault that the item was lost. In their words- “ I lost the item”, how ever so? I buy things online from vendors and get deliveries in person or be posted to the nearest depot by the courier service, so why would yours be different? Bear in mind, I live by the roadside so there is no safe place for an item to be kept as it is out in the home and would definitely get missed. Instead of following up with the shipping company for not doing their job I am getting the brunt of the heat and on the side being offered $25. The $25 is it to buy bottle water or to buy a sandwich? They still have the effrontery to send me an email to rate and review a package I never received. Hopeless people. Its my refund of $151.95AUD($99USD) I seek and not anything else being offered.
