Had a representative call and tell me my site had expired. He said for 199.00 for three years , he could have it up and running in 30 minutes. I waited for a few hours called back. Then another representative told me they could get into my site to renew… he said he would have to go in through the back door so it would take a little while longer. Waited a few days my site was still not up. Called back with no answer. I had to get someone else to upload certificate and pay them to do it ( at which within 10 minutes it was up.). I cancelled the charge…. Didn’t hear anything from them until the 9th of October telling me I had until the 10th to ask for refund. I was on vacation, and didn’t get a chance within that 12 hour period. These people offer services they do not provide. And to anyone that is inexperienced with internet site workings ( they definitely take advantage of them). I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. They are not helpful or honest.
