Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Tried fashion pass after a friend recommended them. I signed up, paid the membership fee, placed an order and waited for my clothes to arrive. I received an email that the package was delivered- but I never received the package. I reached out immediately and customer service has been unprofessional. They repeatedly tell me “their business has a lot of liability” and to wait 3 days. It’s been over a full week and no clothing and no refund and no explanation. I’ve emailed repeatedly to please cancel My membership and refund my money since I never received an order. Do not recommend them at all
